Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Client Acquisition Partner role on a commission-based structure. The professional in this position will identify and engage prospective clients, build relationships, and close sales to drive business growth. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales and Account Management with a track record of building successful client relationships.
  • Strong expertise in Consulting and Management Consulting to provide tailored solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Experience in Project Management to ensure smooth delivery and coordination of client projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet performance targets.
  • Familiarity with software testing, IT services, or consulting industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
