We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Junior / Associate Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of key projects across our organization. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy solving problems, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope
• Track project progress, identify risks, and help resolve issues
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting notes
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team members, and managers
• Help organize and participate in project meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
• Contribute to process improvements and project management best practices

✅ RequirementsJunior / Associate-Level Expectations (0–2 years):

• Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-coordination skills
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Internship or academic project experience in project management, operations, or related areas is a plus

General Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a remote-first environment
• Self-driven, reliable, and eager to learn
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Based in Germany with the legal right to work full-time
