About Talents for Tech
Talents for Tech is an NGO designed to inspire talent, break stereotypes, discover careers in the tech world, and build digital skills. We run multiple brands (one of them is widely known Women Go Tech) and we stand for equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion, and empowerment of talents to succeed in the tech world.
Our programs were launched at the end of 2016, and up till now we have had many seasons of mentorship programs, built courses to learn more of tech (“Discovery”) and build AI skills (“AI Foundations” and “AI in Action” programs), we have organised numerous physical and online events, workshops, and a lot of positive change. By now, more than 50.000 people have been impacted by Talents for tech programs in Europe, and we do not stop here.
In 2026, we are launching a major regional initiative to support underserved workers in acquiring foundational AI skills across Europe. As part of this initiative, we are looking for a Project Manager to own the on-the-ground rollout in Poland.
About the Role
As Project Manager (Poland), you will be the local engine of the AI skills program in Poland. You will identify, build, and manage partnerships with local organisations and communities, support end-to-end delivery throughout the program lifecycle, and act as the key point of contact for participants and partners in the Polish market.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Development & Community Engagement
- Identify and reach out to local organisations, NGOs, educational institutions, and community groups that can serve as delivery partners or referral channels for the program.
- Onboard and brief new local partners, ensuring they understand program objectives, content, and participant expectations.
- Build and maintain a network of community contacts in Poland to support participant recruitment and engagement.
- Assist with the localisation and adaptation of program materials and communications into Polish context (with support from the central team).
- Act as the primary relationship manager for Polish local partners throughout the program lifecycle.
Program Management & Events
- Lead program launch, wrap around support activities in Poland.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute both online and offline events, workshops, and program meetups tailored to the market.
- Search for, pitch, and secure relevant speakers and industry experts; provide them with necessary briefs, technical testing, and on-the-day support.
- Manage ongoing communications with event participants, including invitations, registration, reminders, and post-event follow-ups.
Program Operations & Reporting
- Monitor local partner and participant progress, ensuring activities align with agreed program frameworks and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of local activities, participant data, and partner engagement using shared program tools and templates.
- Support end beneficiaries throughout program workflows and respond to queries, standardise them.
- Contribute to impact surveys and data collection aligned with the program's standardised metrics.
- Prepare regular updates and short reports for the central team on local progress, challenges, and successes.
- Participate in team meetings and cross-regional calls, sharing learnings and best practices from Poland.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, community management, partnerships, or a related field (NGO, education, or tech environment is a plus).
- Proven track record in event management, including hands-on experience planning and executing both virtual (webinars, streams) and physical/offline events.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with external organisations or community stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills — able to juggle multiple workstreams, keep records tidy, and follow through on commitments.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in both Polish and English.
- Experience or eagerness to learn automation and no-code solutions (e.g., Zapier, Airtable, Make, etc.).
- A proactive, can-do attitude with comfort working in a small, fast-moving team.

- Engagement based on a B2B service agreement (self-employed basis), with a possibility to convert to a full-time employment agreement in the future.
- Compensation: 7,000–8,500 PLN gross / month, including VAT, depending on experience and skill set.
