We're looking for Product Review Analysts to evaluate AI-generated product reviews, comparisons, and recommendations — helping ensure the content is accurate, helpful, and genuinely trustworthy. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong critical thinking and a good sense of what makes a product review useful. No e-commerce or retail background required — if you've ever read a product review and thought "that doesn't sound right," you're already thinking like one of us.

What You'll Do

• Read and evaluate AI-generated product reviews, descriptions, and comparisons across categories including electronics, home goods, fashion, and more
• Rate content for accuracy, helpfulness, authenticity, and natural tone
• Identify misleading claims, fake-sounding language, factual errors, or low-quality writing
• Provide structured, detailed feedback using rating scales and written commentary
• Flag content that could mislead consumers or misrepresent products
• Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Familiar with online shopping and what makes a product review genuinely useful
• Sharp eye for quality — you can tell when something sounds off or overly promotional
• Detail-oriented and consistent in how you evaluate content
• Clear and concise written communicator
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No retail, e-commerce, or AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in writing, editing, journalism, or consumer advocacy
• Experience with quality assurance, research, or content evaluation
• Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms as a regular shopper or reviewer
• Broad product knowledge across multiple categories
