Role DescriptionThis is a remote contractor position for a Junior Lawyer / Paralegal. The role involves preparing and managing immigration applications—specifically Non-Lucrative Visas, Digital Nomad Visas, and other Spanish residence permits—along with client communication, legal research, and case coordination.

This position is ideal for independent lawyers with their own legal practice who want to earn extra income by preparing high-value immigration files and working directly with international clients, particularly from the U.S.

Qualifications

• Proven experience handling Non-Lucrative Visas, Digital Nomad Visas, and other residence permits in Spain
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Excellent organizational and case management skills
• Strong client communication skills, particularly with international clients
• Knowledge of Spanish immigration law and administrative procedures
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
• Law degree from a recognized institution and the ability to practice in Spain
• Previous experience with high-ticket clientele is a plus
