About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented and organised Compliance Administrator to join their growing remote team.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with full training provided, making it ideal for graduates, administrators, customer service professionals, and career changers looking to build a long-term career in compliance, governance, and business operations.

As a Compliance Administrator, you will support the business by maintaining accurate records, assisting with compliance processes, and ensuring documentation meets internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update compliance records and documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding checks and document verification.
  • Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
  • Prepare reports and maintain digital filing systems.
  • Liaise with internal departments regarding compliance documentation.
  • Ensure company records are accurate and up to date.
  • Support policy updates and administrative compliance activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the compliance team.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Previous administration, customer service, HR, finance, legal, or office support experience is beneficial.
  • No previous compliance experience required – full training provided.
