B2B Appointment Setter - Global Wellness

Location: Australia - Sydney based preferred but open to remote within Australia.

Job Type: Part Time Contract (10 hours per week)

We partner with leading luxury hotels, health clubs, and wellness spaces to offer unforgettable floating fitness and sound bath experiences. As we expand globally, we’re looking for a confident, motivated appointment setter to help us connect with high-end hospitality and wellness partners.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a B2B Appointment Setter to reach out to decision-makers at luxury hotels, health clubs, and wellness resorts. Your mission is to introduce Aqua Sculpt’s unique offering, qualify interest, and book discovery calls for our founder or sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and follow-ups to a targeted list of luxury hotels, spas, and fitness clubs.
• Qualify leads based on interest, location, and suitability.
• Book minimum 3 appointments per week for our founder
• Track all conversations, outcomes, and next steps.
• Represent Aqua Sculpt with professionalism and passion.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in B2B appointment setting, ideally in wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
• A genuine interest in wellness, fitness, or luxury hospitality.
• Confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport.
• Comfortable speaking to senior decision-makers (e.g., GMs, Spa Directors, Wellness Managers).
• Self-motivated, reliable, and outcome-driven.
• Tech-savvy with experience using Linkedin and Google Drive
