Who We Are ?

Ark Research Group is a global investment banking (IB) study community connecting students from leading universities worldwide (e.g., LBS, EDHEC, Bocconi, HEC).

We organize monthly valuation case studies (DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions, Equity Research) where members actively contribute and practice technical skills to prepare for investment banking recruiting.

Our mission is twofold:

• Interview preparation: providing a platform where members can practice and refine their IB and M&A knowledge.

• Networking: creating strong connections with peers around the world who share a passion for finance.

Basic Qualifications

Skills & Experience We’re Looking for:

• No prior professional experience required, but solid knowledge of core valuation techniques is expected.

• Strong interest in Investment Banking, M&A, and Private Equity.

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Demonstrated strong academic achievments at a top university.

• Strong team orientation, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global setting.

• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently on a schedule.

• Master’s degree in finance, mathematics, exonomics or any related field. Maximum graduation date 2027.
