Since opening our first centre in 2017, Aspire has grown rapidly and continues to invest in new development projects across Australia. As we expand, we are strengthening our project support team and are now seeking a Project Administrator to support our growing development pipeline. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands on exposure to property development, planning and construction administration within a fast growing, values driven organisation. About the Role Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will provide hands on coordination and administrative support across multiple early learning development projects. You will play a key role in keeping projects on track by managing documentation, coordinating consultants, tracking timelines and supporting development application processes. This role is work from home initially with site visits as required. A Sydney office is planned to open within the next one to two years. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Business Development Manager across multiple development projects
- Coordinate consultants involved in Development Applications
- Request, compare and summarise consultant quotes
- Assist with identifying site constraints and required advice
- Liaise with architects and coordinate feedback and revisions
- Track planning requirements with town planners
- Manage document control and versioning
- Assist with DA documentation, lodgement and fee payments
- Track council timelines and support RFI responses
- Prepare final documentation packs for construction handover
About You This Role Would Suit
- A student in construction, project management or planning
- An experienced administrator looking to move into development projects
- Someone returning to work seeking flexibility and meaningful project exposure
You Will Bring
- Experience in project administration or coordination
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Confidence working with quotes and budget tracking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tools such as Monday.com
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A valid driver licence and access to your own vehicle
