Remote Appointment Setter For Aesthetic Clinic Agency - Australia Based ONLY.

We’re a new-age marketing agency helping Aesthetic & Skin Clinics get booked out using AI-powered strategies. We’ve already made it happen overseas, and now we’re launching in Australia- and we want YOU on our founding team. 🚀

If you can talk to people, build a connection, and get them excited to know more about the client's services- we can teach you the rest. Whether you’re an experienced sales pro, a college student, or a fresher with insane drive, we want to hear from you.

The Role:

1. Title: Appointment Setter (with Leadership Potential)

2. Location: Anywhere in Australia — your couch, a café, or the beach (as long as you have a strong internet connection).

3. Type: Full-time, Remote.

4. Industry: Aesthetic / Skin Clinics

Compensation Structure:

💰 Earning Potential: $1000-$1500 AUD/month (fixed + juicy performance bonuses)

📈 Equity*: we’re offering a considerable equity stake for our early team members, thus your earning potential will get a further boost, exponentially as the company grows! 

🤖 Tech Assist: Our AI chatbot does most of the outreach, so you can focus on quality calls, not endless dials

📚 Training: Proven scripts, strategies, and hands-on mentoring

🌎 Freedom: Work from anywhere, own your schedule (outside golden hours), just deliver the results

What We’re Looking For

1. You’re confident, friendly, and not afraid to pick up the phone

2. You must be available during golden calling hours (peak connect times)- outside those, you can call flexibly at your pace

3. You learn fast, adapt quickly, and keep your energy high

5. Any Previous Experience in Sales will be given priority, although it's not a necessity.
