Looking for a High-Ticket Remote Closer in Australia for a consulting company.
The position is 100% commission based and remote. Monthly OTE starts at $5,250.
As part of your role as a closer, you'll be responsible for booking, consulting and closing your own deals. We'll provide you with warm leads booked in your calendar for a sales meeting through our advertising, as well as any tools and resources needed to close deals.
Onboarding training and in depth ongoing sales training is provided to maximise your learning and earning potential.
Commissions starts at 15% of total package value closed + generous monthly bonuses based on KPIs. Packages are priced between $5k-$6k.

For this role, the successful candidate will be working within SmartCare Consulting, a sub-brand of Satellite Digital Co. SmartCare Consulting specialises in growing NDIS businesses through our proprietary Evergreen Provider Sales Funnel strategy. While the focus is on the NDIS sector, SmartCare Consulting delivers similar services through streamlined, productised packages designed specifically for providers in this space.

About the Role
As a High-Ticket Remote Closer, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth for SmartCare Consulting. This is a 100% commission-based position with significant earning potential and the freedom to work remotely. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound warm leads who have already expressed interest through our advertising campaigns
- Conducting consultative sales calls
- Closing new clients onto our productised service packages
- Managing your own sales pipeline and follow-up activities
- Participating in regular sales training to sharpen your skills and stay ahead of the curve
We provide comprehensive onboarding, advanced sales training, and all the tools you need to succeed. Commissions start at 15% of sale value per deal closed, with packages priced between $5,000–$6,000 AUD. You’ll also be eligible for monthly bonuses based on performance KPIs. Monthly On-Target Earnings (OTE) begin at $5,250, with no cap on your potential income.
About You:
You’re someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and is motivated by results. You take pride in delivering value to clients and have the drive to continually improve your performance. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Previous sales experience (experience in marketing, consulting, or service-based industries is highly regarded)
- Availability to work 40 hours per week
- Residency in Australia
- A passion for consultative selling and a genuine hunger to exceed targets
- A growth mindset and eagerness to participate in training and development
- A proactive approach to self-management and pipeline ownership
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
