Project Associate, Europe

Avant Health is a clinical research organization and a strategy consulting firm that specializes in designing and implementing clinical and observational research across north America, Europe and other parts of the world. At Avant Health, we help identify, create and communicate value of healthcare and pharmaceutical products and services, solidifying the roadmap to commercial success. We help strategize tactics and communications that focuses on patient health outcomes and the concepts of patient-centricity.

The Project Associate at Avant Health is an entry-level role. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in a broad range of topics that centers around research studies, project management, and business communications. The role will enable the candidate to build their business acumen and research skills alike, while gaining knowledge of strategies to support Pharmaceutical/Biotech and healthcare industry stakeholder needs. The full-time position will be remote, ideally based in Spain, Italy, Germany, or UK.

The key responsibilities include:

• Manage assigned projects and help meet their deadlines
• Support ongoing research initiatives
• Review business and scientific literature
• Communicate with study centers and manage them remotely
• Create reports in MS Word, Excel, or PowerPoint

Critical Qualifications:

• A high school diploma with apprenticeship or bachelor’s degree in science or business field
• Strong communication skills
• Good project management skills
• Report writing skills
• Native language proficiency in French; additional language fluency in Spanish or German is desired.
• Currently living in Europe

This will be a REMOTE ROLE. Hence, aptitude, maturity and adaptability of the candidate to function under remote guidance is key and will be assessed as part of the candidate evaluation.
