What This Role Is About:

As our Empowerment Experience Manager, you’ll oversee the client journey with heart and excellence. From first contact to ongoing progress check-ins, you’ll be the steady, uplifting presence our clients need to stay motivated and aligned.

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve as a guide, mentor, and cheerleader for clients
• Design and manage a seamless client journey and communication flow
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely support
• Collect and relay feedback to continuously elevate our offerings
• Assist in coordinating group events, webinars, and online sessions

• Has a background in client care, coaching, or teaching
• Believes deeply in personal growth and the coaching industry
• Is highly organised, kind, and emotionally intelligent
