Department: Production

Location: Remote (UK) - prefer SW London/Surrey (occasional Epsom/Gloucester Rd visits)

Type: Full-time (freelance)

About the Role

Binumi is an AI-powered video company helping B2B businesses turn complex ideas into clear, on-brand video, quickly and at scale.

As a Creative Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day delivery of high-quality video outputs and keep production moving smoothly. You’ll work on our platform, helping create videos at scale, supporting client requests, and keeping everything organised and on track.

You do not need previous video production experience - we’ll fully train and onboard you. What matters most is that you have a great creative eye, strong attention to detail, and can write clearly and confidently in fluent English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-volume branded videos using our AI-powered platform
  • Write scripts and structure storyboards for client and internal videos
  • Manage client communication and account support, including senior stakeholders
  • Organise production schedules, keep tasks moving, and support workflow improvements
  • Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure videos are on-brand and impactful
  • Support broader startup needs where required (research, platform testing, marketing)

What We’re Looking For

  • Must have their own computer
  • Fluent written and spoken English (you’ll be writing scripts regularly)
  • A strong creative eye and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills - able to prioritise and keep multiple projects moving
  • Confident communicator - comfortable working internally and with clients
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
  • A quick learner - happy to be trained and pick up new tools and processes fast
  • Proactive and self-directed - takes ownership and prioritises next steps independently

Soft Skills & Behaviours

  • Friendly, approachable, and client-focused
  • Takes feedback well and enjoys iterating to improve quality
  • Adaptable and positive when priorities shift
  • Problem-solver who spots issues early and suggests improvements

Why Join Us?

This is a hands-on assistant role in a growing company where you’ll learn quickly and make a real impact through the work you deliver. You’ll work closely with a small team, build strong production and client-facing skills, and help shape how we deliver video at scale, with plenty of support and clear onboarding from day one.
