We're seeking a talented Low-code Web Designer who can bridge the gap between beautiful design and search engine optimization.
This role requires someone who understands both the creative and technical aspects of building high-performing websites.
You'll be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing WordPress websites using Elementor while ensuring they meet the highest SEO standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive, user-friendly websites using Elementor and WordPress
- Perform comprehensive on-page SEO optimization including meta tags, header structure, internal linking, and content optimization
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes for issues such as site speed, mobile usability, crawlability, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals
- Optimize website architecture and navigation for both users and search engines
- Ensure websites are fully responsive and optimized for all devices
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to align design with SEO best practices
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms
- Stay current with SEO algorithm updates, web design trends, and WordPress/Elementor developments
- Troubleshoot and resolve website technical issues that impact performance or SEO
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience with Elementor website design and development
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO optimization techniques
- Demonstrated ability to identify and fix technical SEO issues
- Proficiency in WordPress CMS
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics)
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals and site speed optimization
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with other page builders (e.g., Divi, WPBakery)
- Knowledge of local SEO and schema markup
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Experience with A/B testing and user experience optimization
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Figma, or Canva)
