We’re hiring a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of multiple projects from initiation through completion. This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who enjoys working across teams, staying organized, and keeping projects on track.

What You’ll Do

• Support end-to-end project delivery across multiple active initiatives
• Assist with project scheduling, planning, and status tracking
• Help manage project forecasts, resource planning, and assignments
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and project communications
• Track progress and support status reporting and documentation
• Assist with changes to project scope and timelines
• Support execution of the project plan and follow-through on action items
• Help define and track key deliverables and milestones
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to keep work moving

What We’re Looking For

• 1–5 years of experience in project coordination or project support
• Foundational understanding of project management processes and tools
• Experience supporting schedules, reporting, and project documentation
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesTools & Skills

• Experience with MS Project and/or Planview preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to adapt quickly and work in fast-paced environments
• Strong time management and follow-through
• Team-oriented with a focus on accountability and building trust
