The Role

As a Retention Agent, you’ll act as a trusted point of contact for clients, helping them make the most of their trading experience. You’ll provide guidance, promote the company’s products and tools, and make sure each client feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular communication (calls, emails, chats).
• Promote company products, trading tools, and new offers to enhance client engagement.
• Monitor client activity, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and work towards achieving retention KPIs.
• Support clients with trading platform navigation and ensure a smooth experience.
• Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales, operations, and support teams to ensure consistent client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Retention or Sales role within the Forex / CFD / Trading industry is a must.
• Proven track record of meeting targets in a retention or account management environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of trading concepts, platforms, and client life cycles.
• Motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Fluency in English (additional languages will be considered an advantage).
