What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Handle a large volume of both inbound and outbound calls
  • Conduct telephone screenings to effectively meet customer needs
  • Engage in positive interactions with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Navigate computer systems and applications to assist in call management
  • Maintain a quiet and distraction-free home office environment

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Must be available from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 9 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm
  • 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Strong communication skills and computer navigation abilities
  • Must have reliable internet with specified download and upload speeds
  • Willingness to consent to a background check

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in a call center environment or customer service role
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with using various computer software and applications
