German Support Agent – Retention Team (Remote in Portugal)

• Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from German-speaking customers
• Provide support focused on customer retention
• Present services and offers from, using retention techniques

• Requirements:

• Fluency in German (English is a plus)
• Previous call center experience
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset

• Conditions:

• Permanent, full-time contract, 100% remote (based in Portugal)
• Flexible schedule (Mon–Fri, 07:00–18:00)
• Gross monthly salary: approx. €900 (14 months), plus performance bonuses, language bonus, meal allowance(9.60/day), flex fund and attendance bonus (total salary up to 1,600€ gross month)
• Health insurance after 6 months
• Equipment provided
