Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will engage potential clients to build relationships, identify their needs, and communicate the value of CognifyMe’s solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, delivering sales presentations, managing client accounts, and collaborating with the team to optimize the sales strategy. The role requires close communication with clients, excellent customer service, and a mission-driven approach to promoting neuroinclusion in workplaces.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.
  • Skilled in Sales and Sales Management with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in providing Training and onboarding for clients to ensure satisfaction and effective use of services.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of HR technology or workplace solutions is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
