What You Will Do In This Role As a Customer Advisor, you will:

• Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries
• Provide account and application support to viewers namely about software functionality
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings
• Provide accurate and real-time answers to viewers’ inquiries
• Contribute to creating brand engagement for our Client 

Your Qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Are native or proficient in French (C2) and fluent in English (B2)
