* As a Sales Representative / Business Development Associate, you will:

* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach.

* Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique needs and presenting tailored consulting solutions.

* Partner with our internal team to align client needs with our innovative service offerings.

* Actively close deals, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

* Contribute to the growth and success of our company by helping to expand our client base and market presence.

𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline effectively.

𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: You excel at building relationships, listening to client needs, and delivering compelling pitches.

𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁: You’re adaptable, resourceful, and thrive in a growing, fast-paced business.

𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲: Experience in consulting, customer success, or business strategy is a plus, but not required.
