Typical Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Review and moderate online content (for Content Moderation projects)
• Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders

Working Schedule

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Rotational schedules depending on the project
• Operating hours generally between 06:00 and 19:00
• Some projects may include weekend shifts
• Full-time training provided before starting the role

Requirements

✔ Dutch language proficiency (C1 level or higher)

✔ Good English communication skills

✔ Currently based in Portugal or willing to relocate

✔ Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

✔ Customer-focused mindset

✔ Ability to work independently in a remote environment

✔ Previous experience is an advantage but not required
