We're looking for a sharp, innovative UX/UI & Packaging Designer to join our creative team, with a specialty in building high-converting web experiences and designing beautiful, functional packaging for consumer wellness brands.

Core Responsibilities:Web & UX/UI Design
- Design intuitive landing pages and web experiences using tools like Figma, with an eye toward conversion optimization.
- Wireframe and develop page mockups for new product launches, subscription flows, and branded storytelling pages.
- Collaborate with performance marketers to test and iterate on UX flows that improve click-through rates and conversion metrics.
- Stay current on DTC and wellness site trends; bring fresh thinking to product storytelling and layout.
- Work with a CRO lead to iterate on landing pages and site architecture.
Packaging Design
- Develop compelling packaging for supplements, tinctures, gummies, and more—with a deep understanding of what drives trust and appeal in the wellness space.
- Translate brand identity into physical experiences, from labels to unboxing.
- Work closely with operations to ensure packaging files are compliant with print specifications and FDA/DSHEA labeling requirements.
Digital Ad Development
- Use a combination of innate design skills and AI tools to make compelling ads to be used on Meta and elsewhere.
- Research ad trends and collect Meta ads to inform new ad campaigns and iterations.
AI-Enhanced Design Process
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Galileo, Uizard) to accelerate copywriting, ideation, and design iterations.
- Integrate AI into your workflow to streamline creative output, prototype faster, and explore more variations.
What We're Looking For:Required Experience
- 2–4 years of UX/UI or packaging design experience, ideally in the CPG or health/wellness industry.
- Experience with e-commerce flows and DTC marketing strategies.
- Fluency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-assisted design tools.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating web design, product packaging, and brand identity development.
Bonus Points
- Knowledge of supplement labeling and packaging compliance.
- Comfort running A/B tests and interpreting creative performance data.
- Experience with motion graphics or 3D product mockups.
Soft Skills
- Detail-oriented and obsessed with delivering pixel-perfect work.
- Communicative, proactive, and unafraid to ask questions or propose new ideas.
- Able to juggle multiple deadlines and pivot quickly when needed.
