We’re looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to support business and technology teams by translating business needs into clear requirements and actionable insights. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy working with data, processes, and stakeholders in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Assist in translating business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Support process analysis, improvement, and documentation initiatives
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and data teams
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities
• Maintain documentation such as business requirement documents (BRDs) and process flows

✅ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, data analysis, or related internships/projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic experience with requirements gathering, documentation, or process mapping
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, or similar
• Exposure to SQL, BI tools, or data analysis is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
• Fluent in English
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
