Role Overview:

We are seeking ambitious and entrepreneurial Business Development Consultants on a commission-only basis. This role allows you to manage your own time, build professional networks, and earn high rewards while gaining hands-on experience in the fast-growing AI, big data and cloud solutions industry. It is ideal for individuals with a strong sales background who thrive in performance-driven environments and are motivated to build lasting client relationships.

Role Title: Business Development Executive

Compensation: Commission-Only (Uncapped earning potential)

Location: Remote (UK based candidates preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the UK market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in industries that require big data and cloud solutions.
  • Promote and position Digital Back Office’s expertise in big data architecture, DevOps, data science, and data visualization.
  • Conduct client presentations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Provide sales updates, pipeline reports, and market feedback to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales / business development, ideally within IT services, big data, cloud, SaaS, or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of the UK business landscape and ability to connect with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable working on a commission-only structure.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work remotely, manage your own pipeline, and deliver results independently.
