We’re now looking for a proactive, creative Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to help us grow awareness, partnerships, and community engagement across all platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute our social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Plan engaging, on-brand content that highlights our partners and experiences.
• Manage our influencer collaborations — from outreach to partnerships and performance tracking.
• Create visuals, short videos, and campaign materials (using Canva or similar tools).
• Coordinate giveaways, challenges, and local activations to grow reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the founder on marketing ideas and strategic campaigns.
• Analyse results, test new formats, and continuously improve content performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in social media and/or influencer marketing.
• Creative eye for visuals, copywriting, and storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Familiar with social tools (Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Meta Suite, etc.).
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and proactive mindset — you make things happen.
• Based in the Netherlands (remote work possible).
