Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
• Document interactions and update customer records accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address product or service concerns.
• Identify recurring issues and provide suggestions for process improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or support roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, chat tools, and email platforms.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
