🚀 We’re Hiring: Closers – Property Sales Team (Remote Contract)

We are currently expanding our team and looking for ambitious sales reps who are willing to put in the work to get results and want to develop real skills in sales, communication, and the property industry.

This role is ideal for people who enjoy connecting with others, building relationships, and learning how high-ticket sales work behind the scenes while supporting the success of a growing property sales team.

Role Description

You will be selling Luxury and Premium hotels and resorts in Dubai, Bali and Australia, working with some of the biggest brands.

This is a remote contract role for a closer on the Property Sales Team. The Closer will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating and qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The role requires strong communication, organisation, and a focus on delivering a professional client experience.

Job KPI & Metrics

  • 10-15 Interested leads daily from Meta Campaigns
  • 5-6 Zoom meetings a day
  • 3-6 Deals a month
  • Average commission of 10k USD

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Contact and engage potential clients through WhatsApp, Zoom, and other outreach channels.

•⁠ Speak to leads on Zoom and WhatsApp with the attempt to close deals.

•⁠ ⁠Walk clients through brochures and the project details.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of client interactions within the CRM

•⁠ ⁠Build rapport and maintain a professional client experience

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Good availability and ability to take calls when required

•⁠ ⁠Confidence speaking with new people and building rapport

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and manage remote responsibilities

Highly valued (but not mandatory)

•⁠ ⁠Experience in sales, real estate, or customer service

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with CRM tools and scheduling software

•⁠ ⁠Interest in property, investing, or business
