Client Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote)

About Us: Drip IV Portugal is a leading in-home intravenous (IV) therapy service, providing immune-boosting vitamin and nutrient drips as well as recovery solutions for patients suffering from dehydration, stomach flu, fatigue/jet lag, hangovers, and more. As we continue to expand our services across Portugal, we are seeking a professional and personable Client Coordinator to join our team remotely, be the voice of our company and support our growing operations.

Position Overview: This part-time contract position offers flexibility, remote work, and the opportunity to be part of Portugal's pioneering mobile IV therapy service. We're seeking someone who is a natural communicator, quick learner, organized, reliable, and genuinely enjoys helping people. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming phone calls, messages, and email inquiries with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with our nursing team for dispatch across Portugal
• Process payments through our online system
• Monitor and track inventory levels, alerting management when supplies need replenishment
• Manage and coordinate documentation
• Maintain GDPR-compliant handling of all client information and records
• Handle appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
• Provide excellent customer service that reflects our premium brand

Qualifications:

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Fluent Portuguese (written and spoken)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, warm, and personable phone manner
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with technology (scheduling systems, payment platforms, online workspaces)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for phone calls
• Valid identification and right to work in Portugal

Preferred:

• Previous experience in medical reception, healthcare coordination, or customer service
• Familiarity with wellness, IV therapy, or healthcare services
• Knowledge of GDPR requirements
• Additional language skills (Spanish, French, German) are a plus
