We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting revenue growth through effective sales and business development activities. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to generate leads, develop sales strategies, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Generate qualified leads and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to successful deal closure.

Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and business discussions to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM systems.

Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure excellent customer service and long-term relationship development.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and successful client implementation.

Participate in business events, networking activities, and industry exhibitions when required.

Continuously improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry expertise.
