Program Coordinator

• Based in Sydney
• Remote first organisation - work from home 
• Own the process of supporting EdTech StartUps and ScaleUps on Innovation Alley at EDUtech
• Initial 16 week contract with the opportunity to extend 
• 2 - 3 days per week (negotiable)

We're looking for a Program Coordinator to own the StartUp experience from implementation to execution as part of Innovation Alley at EDUtech - Australia’s largest EdTech exhibition. Whilst operating as a valued member of the EduGrowth team with contributions to all programs delivered during your time with us. 

You will work closely with the EduGrowth team across all stages of Innovation Alley, taking ownership of outcomes for StartUps, EduGrowth and Event Partners. You will develop and deliver a clear plan - from sign off to execution - ensuring that every stakeholder has a positive, well supported experience and while positioning EduGrowth for success at EDUtech. 

Your Mission:

• Manage StartUp booths for Innovation Alley across the full lifecycle, including: sales processes, onboarding, logistic coordination, on-site support, and post event follow-up 
• Own StartUp participation, ensuring each company understands how to maximise their investment and has a seamless Innovation Alley experience
• Coordinate all operational requirements for Innovation Alley, from asset collection and floor plan logistics to on-the-day execution
• Serve as the central contact for StartUps, troubleshooting issues and maintaining strong relationships throughout
• Ensure Innovation Alley is delivered to a consistently high standard for StartUps, EduGrowth, and Event Partners.
