What You’ll Do:

- Assist clients in researching and booking cruises, resorts, hotels, and full vacation packages.

- Offer customized travel recommendations based on client preferences and budgets.

- Collaborate with leading travel vendors to secure exclusive rates and promotions.

- Stay up to date on destination trends, supplier incentives, and industry changes.

- Manage booking changes, cancellations, and provide responsive client support.

- Accurately document all bookings and communications.

- Attend training and supplier webinars to stay informed and grow your skills.

Who We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- A passion for travel and helping others.

- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.

- Willing to learn booking platforms and digital tools.

- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
