Customer Success & Support Executive
A fast-growing SaaS company is seeking Customer Success & Support Executives to help multi-site food service businesses optimise inventory, reduce food waste, and protect profit margins. This is a hands-on role for commercially aware, confident communicators who want to make a real impact.
This isn't a passive support role - you'll play a visible part in helping operators succeed while shaping how the customer success function develops.
Responsibilities:

Host live onboarding sessions and deliver engaging training via video and screen-share.

Support pilot sites through full rollout, tailoring guidance to operational and finance stakeholders.

Respond to customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate CRM and knowledge documentation.

Monitor engagement, identify churn risk, and help customers maximise margin protection.

Contribute to improving workflows, refining onboarding processes, and developing support resources.

Strong communicator, confident on calls and video.

Commercially aware, understanding food cost, waste, and operational pressure.
