Client Engagement Coordinator

Overview

You’ll work with a well-known payments provider that helps small businesses simplify how they get paid. Your role focuses on keeping conversations moving, answering early questions, and helping owners feel confident in the tools available to them.

What You’ll Do

• Learn about each business owner’s challenges and point them to the right merchant solutions
• Attend scheduled appointments in-person and follow up promptly
• Keep conversations warm and genuine
• Record updates and notes in the CRM
• Support your team’s overall engagement goals

What You Bring

• Experience talking with customers is helpful, but not mandatory
• Strong communication and willingness to learn
• Ability to stay organized in a remote setup
• Basic computer and online meeting comfort
