Role Description

This is a contracted remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and create effective strategies to expand the company's market presence. Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, meeting sales targets, and developing proposals and presentations. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Market Research
• Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Communication, and Negotiation
• Ability to develop Proposals, Presentations, and Strategic Plans
• Familiarity with the industries of mining, construction, oil & gas, and marine operations is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Understanding of project management and resource planning is beneficial
