Role Description

This is a remote, contract role for a FinTech Expert. The role involves designing and developing blockchain-based systems, including stablecoin frameworks, oracles, and decentralized payment protocols. The FinTech Expert will conduct research on market trends, provide technical insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement secure and scalable solutions. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting problems, ensuring system compliance, and contributing to technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Blockchain expertise, including experience with smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and stablecoin protocols
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Python, or Rust
• Strong knowledge of cryptography, distributed ledger technology, and secure system design
• Experience with financial systems, payment infrastructure, oracles, and data validation
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in diverse, remote teams
• Familiarity with FinTech regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices
• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) projects is a plus
