Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, supporting employees, and improving HR processes to align with company strategic goals. The specialist will also contribute to fostering positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Experience with HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits programs and administration
• Skills in Personnel Management, including conflict resolution and staff development
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar are a plus
