Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an NDIS Plan Manager. As an NDIS Plan Manager, you will be responsible for assisting clients with managing their NDIS plans, overseeing budgets, processing and approving invoices, and providing timely financial reports. You will communicate directly with participants and service providers, offering exceptional customer support and ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to build positive relationships, and a commitment to empowering participants.
Qualifications
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and financial management skills
- Effective communication and excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency with digital tools, portals, and finance-related software
- Knowledge of NDIS or experience with NDIS-funded programs is highly advantageous
- Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently
- A positive, empathetic approach to supporting individuals with disabilities
- Previous administrative, accounts, or case management experience is beneficial
- Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Finance, or Disability Services preferred
