• Co-create and implement external brand communication on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Design simple visual materials in line with Helprise's visual identity (e.g., using Canva)
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in employer branding and communications
• Support the organization of external events and Helprise's presence at industry fairs
• Help maintain consistency and accuracy across internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters)
• Ensure brand communication consistency across all internal and external channels
• Manage brand assets (logos, graphic materials, templates)
• Co-organize internal events that foster company culture and employer branding
• Support onboarding and ongoing internal communication efforts

Requirements

• A strong interest in developing your skills in communication and marketing — this is a great role for entry-level candidates, including students and recent graduates
• Fluent English
• Excellent written Polish and a good sense of communication style and tone
• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva
• Strong organizational skills, independence, and the ability to set and manage priorities
• Comfort working 100% remotely and effectively navigating online collaboration
