Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Process Associate to support daily business operations and ensure smooth process execution in a remote environment. The ideal candidate will handle data processing, transaction management, documentation, and workflow coordination while maintaining accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute day-to-day operational tasks and business processes accurately
  • Process and verify data, transactions, invoices, or customer requests
  • Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation
  • Monitor workflows to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines and SLAs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve process-related issues
  • Identify discrepancies, errors, and inefficiencies in workflows
  • Follow company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements
  • Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
  • Support process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive business information

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in operations, process management, customer support, or administrative roles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office tools
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or workflow management systems
  • Familiarity with invoicing, claims processing, or transaction management
  • Experience in BPO, finance, healthcare, e-commerce, or logistics
  • Knowledge of SLA management and quality standards
  • Experience working in remote or distributed teams
