Position Overview

We are seeking three results-driven Sales Executives to support business development efforts for InCart Talent. This is a commission-based opportunity designed for professionals with an entrepreneurial mindset who are confident in generating leads and driving revenue.

Compensation is directly linked to performance. A pre-defined percentage of revenue will be paid on successfully converted and revenue-generating clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients across target industries
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into active clients
  • Present InCart Talent’s recruitment and staffing solutions to decision-makers
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Contribute to revenue growth and market expansion initiatives

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, recruitment sales, or B2B services (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to independently generate and manage leads
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong goal orientation
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and performance-focused
  • Ability to build long-term professional relationships

Compensation Structure

  • Commission-based model
  • Earnings tied to revenue generated from successfully onboarded clients
  • No fixed salary component
  • High earning potential based on performance
