Title: Project Coordinator Location: Anywhere in the US (Remote) Duration: 16 weeks Compensation: $20/hr - $40/hr Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Skillset / Experience: Project Coordinator • Attend and pull documentation for weekly business reviews for each project; they will often lead these calls too • Create guidelines and iterate on guidelines with support from Product partners • Identify quality misalignments and performing root cause analyses to determine the origin of any data deficiencies • Cascade quality deficiencies upstream and downstream to ensure calibration among project teams • Align priorities, roles, and decision-making criteria within projects and across pillars • Proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks • Advise DLAs on best practice for quality assurance and data annotation • Standardize DLA training/onboarding • Willingness to work with vendors across multiple time zones • Support with any additional tasks to help with program excellence Qualifications:
- Previous project coordination experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
