Data Analyst - Healthcare - £55k

Role: Data Analyst Type: Permanent Salary: £55,000 per annum Location: Fully remote - UK-based

We're working with a specialist healthcare consultancy that delivers complex digital transformation programmes across the NHS, particularly within large-scale EPR environments.

Due to continued growth and an expanding project pipeline, they are looking to strengthen their data migration capability with the addition of a Data Analyst. This role will play a key part in delivering end-to-end data migration activities, supporting the successful movement of complex datasets between clinical systems.

This is a fully remote permanent opportunity, offering the chance to work on meaningful healthcare transformation programmes while developing your expertise within a specialist data team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop SQL scripts and ETL processes to support data migration activities
• Lead data mapping, transformation and migration tasks across healthcare systems
• Analyse source data and identify data quality issues prior to migration
• Support data cleansing, reconciliation and validation activities
• Collaborate with project teams to investigate and resolve data anomalies
• Contribute to improving migration processes and data quality standards

Skills:

• Strong practical SQL development experience (T-SQL, SSIS or similar ETL tooling)
• Proven experience delivering data migrations end-to-end
• Experience working within NHS or healthcare data environments
• Comfortable working directly with clinical system datasets (PAS, LIMS, EPR, Theatre systems or similar)
• Experience analysing data quality and building migration logic from scratch

Desirable:

• Experience working at a specialist healthcare data or migration vendor
• Exposure to clinical systems such as Careflow, Winpath, Bluespier, VitalPAC or MAXIMS
• Azure or cloud data environment experience
• SSRS reporting experience
