iTravel Mykonos is a locally rooted, guest-loved tour operator specializing in unforgettable half-day sightseeing experiences—perfectly timed for cruise passengers and short-stay visitors. We’re passionate about creating smooth, personal, and exciting tours that leave our guests smiling (and raving in their reviews!).

Now, we’re looking for a Cruise Tours Promotion Specialist to help spread the word beyond the island—connecting us with cruise guests before they arrive in Mykonos.

Role Description

• Promote our tours to cruise passengers ahead of their arrival (think travel forums, Facebook groups, Cruise Critic, Reddit, email lists, travel agents, etc.)

• Build and nurture relationships with travel agents, cruise influencers, and key online communities

• Find new ways to showcase iTravel Mykonos as a superior alternative to cruise ship tours

• Craft compelling, on-brand messaging that speaks to the cruise guest mindset

• Track your efforts and optimize what works—bring your own ideas, creativity, and energy

Qualifications

• Customer Service skills and experience
• Proficiency in Sales and managing client inquiries
• Knowledge and experience with Cruises, Cruise Lines, and Ocean Cruisez
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with Mykonos Island and local tourism is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
