Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, conducting sales presentations, closing deals, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans. The individual will also be responsible for training new team members and mentoring junior staff to enhance the overall sales performance. Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to conduct effective Training and mentoring sessions
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
