Entry Level Software Engineer (Remote)

Job_Summary:

Visionary Nest LLC is a coordination-first travel operations company building internal platforms that streamline bookings, vendor communications, and analytics. They are seeking a versatile Software Engineer to help create scalable, secure, and user-friendly tools that power day-to-day travel operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services

• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to implement new features

• Integrate third-party APIs (booking engines, payment gateways, CRMs)

• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews

• Troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and deploy updates regularly

• Document system architecture, workflows, and components

Qualifications:-Required:

• 2–5 years of experience in software development

• Strong understanding of web architecture, APIs, and full stack development

• Experience working with modern development tools and best practices

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote-first team environment

-Preferred:

• Languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Go

• Frameworks: Node.js, React.js, Express, Django (optional)

• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL

• Tools: Git, Docker, Firebase, AWS/GCP, REST APIs

• Bonus: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and microservices architecture
