Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and solutions-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role extends beyond routine support tasks and focuses on customer experience optimization, data-driven insights, and strategic service improvement. The ideal candidate will apply critical thinking, research skills, and professional communication to enhance customer engagement and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer feedback and service data to identify trends and recommend improvements

Requirements:
