Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a professional focused on new client acquisition. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining regular communication, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, fostering strong relationships, and representing the values and mission of JollyGoodFellow Creations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities
• Experience in customer satisfaction, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded
• Proficiency in customer service and customer experience management
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working remotely
• Ability to understand and articulate the integration of ancient wisdom into modern leadership
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management is a plus
