🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair technical equipment or systems for clients.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operational issues.
• Provide on-site or remote support to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Document service activities, repairs, and maintenance records accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions.
• Assist in testing and configuring new equipment or systems.

✅ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in technical support, engineering, or related internships/projects.
• Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, or software systems depending on the role.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in field or remote environments.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools, service software, or maintenance protocols is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
