Weâre looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment and systems. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and providing excellent service in a fully remote or field-support environment.
đŻ Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair technical equipment or systems for clients.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operational issues.
- Provide on-site or remote support to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- Document service activities, repairs, and maintenance records accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions.
- Assist in testing and configuring new equipment or systems.
â Requirements
- 0â2 years of experience in technical support, engineering, or related internships/projects.
- Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, or software systems depending on the role.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in field or remote environments.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools, service software, or maintenance protocols is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
